Cancellation Policy

No Subscriptions to Cancel

DreamClip (www.dreamclip.in) operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. We do not have recurring subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your Credits

Credits you purchase:

• Never expire
• Are yours to use whenever you want
• Do not auto-renew or auto-charge

Account Deletion

If you wish to close your DreamClip account:

1. Email us at support@dreamclip.in
2. Request account deletion
3. We will delete your account within 7 days

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted
• Your projects and generated videos will be removed
• Any unused credits will be forfeited
• You will receive a confirmation email once complete

Generation Cancellation

Once a video generation is initiated:

• Credits are deducted immediately
• The generation cannot be cancelled mid-process
• If generation fails due to our systems, credits will be refunded automatically
