Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on DreamClip are generally non-refundable because:

  • Credits are immediately usable upon purchase
  • AI processing costs are incurred when credits are used
  • Digital products cannot be "returned"

When Refunds May Be Granted

We may issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Failures: If our service fails to generate your video due to technical issues on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@dreamclip.in with your refund request
  2. Include your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review and respond within 48 hours
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Credit Reimbursement

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer credit reimbursement to your account. This allows you to continue using the service without waiting for payment processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Credits already used for generation (unless due to our technical failure)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (AI outputs vary)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
