4. Credits and Payments

DreamClip operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and used for video generation. Credits are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DreamClip to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Generate content depicting minors inappropriately
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities

5.1 Prohibited: Adult and Sensual Content

This includes but is not limited to:

• Nudity or partial nudity
• Sexually suggestive poses, clothing, or scenarios
• Sexual acts or simulations
• Content intended to arouse or sexually gratify viewers
• Fetish content or adult entertainment material
• Explicit or suggestive depictions of intimate body parts
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Any content that violates community standards of decency

5.2 Enforcement

Our AI models include safety filters to detect and reject inappropriate content. Users attempting to generate prohibited content will face:

• Immediate rejection of violating prompts
• Account suspension for repeated violations
• Permanent ban for severe violations
• No refund of credits used in violation attempts
• Legal action for illegal content generation

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using DreamClip. However, you grant us a license to use, display, and store your content as necessary to provide the service. AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

DreamClip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of DreamClip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
